For shipping of our products we use the service of bPost (www.bpost.be).

All our mirrors are contained in a special shipping package in order to guarantee maximum protection during transport.

At the moment of delivery of the mirror it should always be checked if any damage can be observed on the mirror. Please open the package at delivery to perform this check. If a broken mirror is delivered please return it to the delivery service and inform us accordingly. You will be send a replacement mirror.

We produce only customized mirrors: both the design and the dimensions of the mirror can be chosen. Because of this we do not have mirrors on stock and delivery times are typically around 4 weeks.

Payments are done through a secured payment service provider 'PayPal' (www.paypal.nl). This way all payments are safely processed on our website. Your order can be paid through the use of a bank card or a bank transfer.
